BLVD Construction Update – May 2026

We are excited to share the latest update for BLVD – May 2026:

Tower Structure
Structural works for the tower continue to advance, with the tower core currently at Level 34 and the tower structural slab at Level 31.

Facade Installation
Façade installation is now complete from levels 9 to 26 (with the exception of tower crane and hoist areas), and the podium façade panels are almost complete, with the external planter boxes facing Hoff Boulevard now also installed.

Internal Fit-Out Works
Framing for internal walls is underway at Level 24. Building services such as electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems are also being installed on these floors.

What’s Next
Installation of apartment joinery will commence next month.

Settlements are due to start from Q4 2026 with full completion of the building expected in early 2028.
