BLVD Construction Update – September 2026

We are excited to share the latest update for BLVD:

Tower Structure

Structural works for the tower continue to advance, with the tower core currently at Level 50 and the tower structural slab at Level 48.

Facade Installation

Façade installation is now complete from levels 9 to 44 (with the exception of tower crane and hoist areas), and the podium façade panels are almost complete, with the external planter boxes facing Hoff Boulevard installed and planting commenced.

Internal Fit-Out Works

Framing for internal walls is underway at Level 42. Building services such as electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems are also being installed on these floors.

Installation of apartment joinery is now at level 29. Fit-out works are continuing in the Ground Floor Lobby.

Settlements are due to start this month with full completion of the building expected in early 2028.
