BLVD Construction Update – February 2025

We are excited to share the latest progress on BLVD as construction continues. Below is an overview of the key activities scheduled for the next few months:

• Completion of bulk earthworks and excavation.
• Raft slab concrete pour for the building foundations.
• Tower crane 2 will be installed during this period with all works conducted within the site boundary to minimize disruption to surrounding areas.
• Deliveries of materials and equipment to site for structural works.
• Approved Traffic Management Plan to ensure orderly movement of construction vehicles and deliveries, with minimal impact on local traffic.

We remain committed to minimizing disruption to the surrounding community.

• Noise: Some noise may be associated with concrete pouring and equipment loading, but we will ensure it is minimized and complies with Melbourne City Council guidelines.
• Pedestrian and Traffic Management: Temporary adjustments to pedestrian paths may occur during construction vehicle movements.

Settlements are due to start from late 2026 with full completion of the building expected in early 2028.
