To establish a unique direction for the project we looked towards both the East and the West to gain inspiration. From the most luxurious developments in New York, to refined Parisian apartments, to luxury hotels in Japan and Asia, we have taken design cues and layered them into a concise direction for this project. We were greatly inspired by the scale of space and streamlined planning seen in some of New York’s most elite penthouses. The simplicity in space planning creates a seamless flow, using limited yet luxurious materials, eliminating clutter and allowing the mind to rest and the spirit to be free.

Every penthouse features bespoke amenities such as individual ensuites, powder rooms, and entry lobbies, elevating them well above standard apartments. Interiors are finished with custom materials, including marble flooring and timber veneers, enhancing the elegant ambiance. Kitchens are oriented for natural light and views, featuring dynamic marble island benches. Each bedroom exudes opulence with luxurious ensuites, while the primary suite offers a hotel-inspired experience with fabric wall paneling and marble-clad surfaces, combining sophistication and comfort throughout.
