Opening of Pop-Up Basketball Facilities

In exciting news…

‌On Thursday 15th February, Melbourne Square opened the latest community amenity within the precinct – brand new publicly accessible pop-up basketball facilities comprising of two new half-courts alongside two new four-square courts. These will be temporary for the next few years as the development continues to take shape.

‌The courts are open from 9am until 8pm until April and from 9am to 6pm until October, and are located at the Melbourne Square site, 93-119 Kavanagh St, Southbank.

‌During this period, we hope this will help bring the community together further by providing additional recreational space for local residents and add to the bustling Southbank area.
