BLVD Construction Update – October 2025

We’re pleased to share BLVD’s latest construction progress:

• Podium Structure Now Completed
  We’re excited to announce that the podium structural works are now finished, marking a major milestone in the project’s development.
• Tower Structure Now Underway
  The main tower structural works have officially commenced, supported by two tower cranes progressively climbing as construction advances.
• Façade Installation & Internal Fit-Out Commenced
  Façade installation at the podium level has started alongside interior fit-out works across the podium floors. This stage will bring the first glimpses of BLVD’s architectural identity to life.
• Site Establishment & Logistics
  Our site setup is nearly complete. All gates and access points (Gate 1, 2, and 3) are now active, and deliveries of materials for the building’s structural works are in full swing.

Settlements are due to start from late 2026 with full completion of the building expected in early 2028.
