Visit us at Melbourne Square
We know that buying your future home is one of the biggest decisions of your life – and making it in an online environment can be tough – no matter how great a virtual tour is! That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome buyers back to Melbourne Square’s display and completed apartments in line with newly relaxed social distancing restrictions.
Since lockdown, we have remained focused on maintaining a strong connection with our current residents, as well as providing house-hunters with more opportunities to interact with our award-winning precinct from the comfort and safety of their own home - thanks to the launch of our apartment and amenity virtual tours.
Now, as we start to resume normal life, we are pleased to reopen our display gallery and our completed apartments – so you can turn that virtual tour into the real thing! Here are a few simple reasons to come by and visit us in-person.
Our Display Gallery is open daily
We are delighted to announce that our Display Gallery, located at 93 – 119 Kavanagh Street Southbank, has reopened daily from 11:00am to 2:00pm!
You can now walk in to view our project, or make an appointment if you prefer.
As a number of social distancing measures remain in place, we are prioritising the health and wellbeing of our Display Gallery guests by limiting its total capacity to 10 people at any time – in-line with current state government requirements.
Private inspections and precinct tours are back
In-person tours of our precinct, furnished apartments and private amenity have relaunched at Melbourne Square. If you have not had a chance to familiarise yourself with Melbourne Square properly, we would love to see you and show you around!
Simply make an appointment by following this link or call 1300 888 770.
Our new public park has reopened
Designed by landscaping specialists Taylor Cullity Lethlean – the nationally-recognised team behind Birrarung Marr and the National Arboretum – our new 3,745 square metre public park is the biggest in Southbank and the perfect place to stretch your legs, take the dog for a walk, or work out with a buddy. Come down and soak up some north facing sunlight!
While it is exciting to be open again, we take the wellbeing of our community seriously and ask that if you are feeling unwell, have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or you have recently returned from overseas; stay home for now. We ask that all our visitors respect the social distancing measures currently in place when visiting.
